Senior Business Manager

We are looking for Senior Business Manager to work with us in a hybrid model, in Lisbon.

What are we looking for in a talent like you?

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Manager in IT consulting or technology services environments;

- Strong background in business development, portfolio expansion, and strategic client management;

- Solid experience in managing end-to-end (E2E) processes, with a particular focus on IT outsourcing services;

- High commercial prospecting skills, networking, and direct client relationships;

- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to prepare commercial, financial, and technical proposals directed at clients and candidates;

- Fluency in English.
