As a Senior DevOps Coach, you will be working for our client, a leader in digital infrastructure. Your expertise will help shape the future of enterprise cloud solutions, empowering teams to achieve DevOps excellence and delivering scalable, secure, and efficient systems.
O que vais fazer
- Coach development and operations teams to enhance their DevOps maturity, practices, and autonomy
- Support, optimize, and promote CI/CD tooling and automation practices across multiple teams
- Follow application maturity levels and help teams define targeted improvement strategies
- Organize and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities
- Contribute to solution studies, technical design decisions, and strategic DevOps transformation initiatives
- Act as the local manager in Lisbon, ensuring team coordination, alignment, and effective communication with global management
O que é pedido
- Minimum 4 years of experience in DevOps, cloud platforms, or related fields
- Strong expertise with CI/CD tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, Nexus, SonarQube, XL Deploy, Argo CD, and Ansible
- Good knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration platforms
- Solid understanding of Azure cloud services and operating models
- Proficiency in Python scripting for automation tasks
- Proven ability to coach technical teams and facilitate DevOps adoption
- Practical experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration
- Knowledge of DevSecOps, platform engineering, and infrastructure automation practices
- English (Communicative level minimum)
- French (proficient level preferred)
- Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role
