As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leader in process optimization and digital transformation. You will be instrumental in analyzing existing workflows, conducting impact studies, and designing forward-thinking solutions to improve operational efficiency and meet strategic goals.
O que vais fazer
- Analyse current business processes to identify improvement opportunities
- Conduct impact studies and define project scope in collaboration with stakeholders
- Design tailored solutions and craft detailed User Stories for development teams
- Liaise effectively with designers and developers to ensure seamless implementation
- Estimate effort and resources required for fixes, upgrades, and new projects
- Develop test strategies, including plans, test scripts, and data preparation for functional testing
- Lead functional testing and coordinate on the validation of deliverables
O que é pedido
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar field
- Proven expertise in process analysis and solution design
- Strong background in writing User Stories and working closely with development teams
- Experience with impact assessment and project scoping
- Solid understanding of testing strategies, plans, and data management
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role
Valorizado
- French language skills are a plus
- Certifications in Business Analysis or related methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
- Experience working in cross-functional teams in a hybrid environment
