As a Senior Application Support Engineer, you will work for a leading player in the technology industry to ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of critical applications. You will drive seamless performance through expert incident management, technical analysis, and sustainable problem resolution in a Lisbon-based opportunity with a hybrid work model.

  • Manage and resolve incidents promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
  • Analyze technical issues with precision to identify root causes and implement effective, long-term fixes
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to maintain and enhance application performance
  • Support applications from configuration through to deployment, ensuring optimal operational efficiency
  • Implement and oversee CI/CD pipelines, utilizing tools like Git, Docker/Kubernetes, and Argo CD
  • Conduct code and process quality assessments using SonarQube and other relevant tools
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system stability and scalability
  • Document technical procedures and incident resolutions to facilitate ongoing knowledge sharing

O que é pedido

  • 5+ years of development and application support experience in enterprise environments
  • Proficiency in Java (8+), Spring framework, SQL, and Angular
  • Solid knowledge of CI/CD principles, Git, Docker/Kubernetes, Argo CD, and SonarQube
  • Strong interaction skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly
  • Fluent English and French
  • Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role
