This could be the perfect challenge if you have:

- Completed secondary education or equivalent (mandatory);

- +5 years of experience in technical support (2nd line) - complex incidents that require advanced knowledge;

- Deep technical knowledge in systems, networks, and cloud;

- Experience with ITSM tools (mandatory);

- Fluent English (mandatory);

- Availability to work in rotating shifts (24x7).
