Sales Assistant (IEFP Internship)

INTEGER is a Portuguese technology consulting firm in the information technology sector. We specialize in IT outsourcing services, software, nearshore projects, and custom development. We are partners with leading global technology players and work with national and multinational companies from various sectors of activity.

At the moment we are looking for aSales Assistant, eligible for the IEFP internship:

Function mission:

Support the commercial development of the company by helping to increase meetings, contacts, and opportunities, focusing on the technology sector.

What you will do on a daily basis:

- Contact assigned leads and identify potential clients- Schedule commercial meetings (in-person and remote)- Organize the agenda and the commercial pipeline- Make outbound calls (including cold calls)- Participate in in-person meetings and assist in their preparation- Keep the CRM updated and ensure follow-up until the meeting- Organize commercial and administrative documentation- Support communication actions, events, or campaigns in the market

Who we are looking for

- People with energy, attitude, and a willingness to learn- Outgoing and communicative- Who like clear objectives and results- Interested in the world of technology- Organized and able to handle multiple tasks in parallel- Not afraid to approach clients and open doors

What we also value

- Previous experience in client contact- Personal interest in IT- Comfort with digital tools (CRM, email, videoconferencing, LinkedIn)- Technical Course or Degree in Marketing, Commerce, Communication, Management, or Computer Science or related areas
