Operational Excellence Officer

The main objective is to ensure Corporate Functions Global Products department's operations are running smoothly and efficiently through fostering operational excellence. This role is central and pivotal in the department, requiring collaboration with all the teams of the departments and beyond (such as Finance, Process&Data, Procurement, Strategy...).

This could be the perfect challenge if you have:

- Senior profile with a hands-on approach;

- Ability to run/support processes for Corporate Functions Global products department on Finance, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Sourcing and workforce evolution, Compliance with Group Standards, Products KPIs;

- Experience with Meetings Governance: Preparation and organization of meetings, decks, minutes, review and distribution of processes;

- Experience in Change Management and Transformation: Supporting and tracking the implementation of the new Target Operating Model;

- Ability to multitask, work under tight deadlines, and learn new tasks;

- Fluency in English and French (both mandatory);
