INTEGER is a Portuguese technology consulting firm in the field of information technologies. We specialize in IT outsourcing services, software, nearshore projects, and custom development. We are partners with leading global technology players and work with national and multinational companies from various sectors.
As part of our international growth strategy, we are looking for an Africa Business Development & Pre-Sales Representative, to represent the company in strategic African markets, with a primary focus on Angola.
Function Mission
To represent INTEGER in Africa, acting as a commercial and institutional point of contact on the ground, ensuring the identification of opportunities, understanding the needs of clients and transforming those opportunities into business, in close coordination with the central team.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent INTEGER to institutional clients, international organizations, and local partners- Present the company, service portfolio, and value propositions clearly, credibly, and adapted to the local context- Identify, qualify, and structure commercial opportunities in African markets- Act as pre-sales, supporting the preparation of proposals and commercial decisions- Develop and manage the commercial pipeline for Africa, with a primary focus on Angola- Attend meetings on the ground, often in unpredictable and quick decision-making contexts- Ensure continuous alignment with the commercial and technical teams in Portugal
Profile we are looking for
- Proven experience in business development, B2B sales functions, or pre-sales- Professional experience in African markets- High availability for unpredictable contexts, frequent travel, and schedule adjustments- Excellent communication skills and institutional representation- Strong ability to assess needs and transform opportunities into business- High degree of autonomy, maturity, and sense of responsibility- Excellent level of English (fluent)- Availability for a rotational regime (approximately 50% of the year in Africa, 2-month periods, alternately)
