Job Description:

The candidate must have hands-on experience with ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM), including management and configuration of the FSM module. They will work in collaboration with the technical team, supporting developers in configuring and customizing ServiceNow. The candidate should possess strong technical architecture skills, with the ability to understand requirements and design and review technical solutions. This role also requires strong client interaction capabilities, with the ability to discuss detailed technical and functional solutions with customer stakeholders.

Mandatory:

- Over 5 years of experience in systems development

- At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM)

- Proven hands-on experience with ServiceNow FSM

- Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)

- Availability to work in a hybrid work model

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

It would be great if you have:

- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, FSM, and CTA
