Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Process Analyst to join our team and play a role in optimizing business processes and creating value through automation and process mining. In this position, you will be at the forefront of improving operational efficiency and will contribute to the success of a range of customer-centric process solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals passionate about process improvement, project management, and a desire to work with cutting-edge automation technologies.

Essential:

  • 2 to 3 years of proven experience in process analysis and redesign, particularly in cross-functional business environments
  • Strong experience in process modeling (BPMN 2.0)
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
  • Availability for a hybrid work model in Lisbon

It would be great if you have:

  • Six Sigma certification or Lean Management Green Belt
  • Experience in various BPM-related roles, such as Process/Task Mining, Robotic Process Automation, Low Code automation, BPM, workflow tools
