Are you a deeply technical Data Scientist who thrives on transforming complex data into intelligent, human-centric solutions? We are seeking an expert in Generative AI and Natural Language Processing to redefine how we approach HR challenges. Here, you will apply cutting-edge AI developments to create tangible impact, moving beyond theoretical models to build applications that truly matter.

Your contribution to something big:

  • Apply Generative AI and Natural Language Processing to solve practical HR challenges end-to-end;
  • Design and optimize AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG architectures, and modern optimization strategies;
  • Analyze complex datasets using classical Data Science methods (e.g. clustering) to generate actionable insights;
  • Select, fine-tune, and evaluate LLMs (e.g. using LoRA) to balance performance, cost-efficiency, and quality;
  • Assess AI models based on cost-per-token, performance, and intelligence to ensure sustainable solutions;
  • Identify potential AI risks and pitfalls and proactively implement mitigation strategies, ensuring responsible and reliable AI usage.

Your profile

What distinguishes you:

  • Education: Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Computational Linguistics, or a comparable technical field.
  • Experience:
  • Hands-on experience working with data-driven applications using Python;
  • Proven experience in Generative AI, NLP, and machine learning projects.
  • Know-how:
  • Strong knowledge of LLMs, RAG architectures, sentence transformers, and optimization techniques;
  • Experience with LLM fine-tuning (e.g. LoRA);
  • Solid foundation in classical Data Science methods;
  • Awareness of current AI limitations, risks, and ethical considerations.
  • Languages: Excellent English skills (written and spoken).

  • Curious mindset with a passion for continuous learning and experimentation.
