Job Summary

Accenture is seeking a skilled and passionate Workday Consultant to work from our offices located in Lisbon, Braga, and Coimbra. Applicants must have experience in Workday solutions.

Selected candidates will take part in Workday projects for global & leading companies across Europe.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and maintain Workday HCM modules
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions
  • Provide technical & functional support across Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Benefits, Learning, Talent and Performance, Time Tracking and Absence
  • Optimize HR workflows, reporting, and integrations to enhance efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Workday implementation and support
  • Hands-on experience with Workday configuration, security roles, and reporting tools
  • Experience with Workday integrations, APIs, and middleware solutions (a plus)
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Workday certification in one or more modules (highly preferred)
  • Experience with Workday Payroll or Workday Financials (a plus)
  • Familiarity with cloud-based HR solutions & integration
