Requirements

• Implement, configure and maintain Workday HCM modules, ensuring alignment with HR and business processes
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical Workday solutions
• Provide functional and technical support across Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Benefits, Learning, Talent & Performance, Time Tracking and Absence
• Configure Workday business processes, security roles, domains and reporting frameworks
• Optimize HR workflows, dashboards and reports to improve efficiency and user experience
• Support Workday integrations, collaborating with technical and integration teams when required

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in Workday implementation and support
• Strong hands‑on experience with Workday configuration, security roles and reporting tools
• Solid understanding of Workday HCM architecture and business process framework
• Experience with Workday integrations, APIs and middleware solutions is a plus
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken

Legal

Must own a valid work permit or EU/Schengen Space Nationality to legally work in Portugal.

What Will Set You Apart

• Workday certification (highly preferred)
• Experience with Workday Payroll and/or Workday Financials
• Familiarity with cloud‑based HR solutions and enterprise system integrations
• Ability to work in international, multi‑stakeholder environments
• Strong analytical mindset and a client‑focused approach

Additional Information

Flexibility for occasional travel for key project deliveries and client meetings.
