BC overview and architecture; navigation, Role Centers and personalization; company creation and basic configuration; chart of accounts; accounting periods; dimensions; posting groups and posting setup; number series; General Journals; hands-on: configure a new company and post basic financial transactions
Day 2 - Financial Management
General Ledger processes; customer and vendor financial setup; bank accounts; payment and receipt journals; bank reconciliation; recurring journals; fixed assets overview; budgets; VAT/tax concepts depending on localization; currencies and exchange rates; financial reporting and account schedules; hands-on: complete month-end finance transactions and reconciliation
Day 3 - Sales, Purchasing & Inventory
Customer and vendor master data; item master setup; units of measure and item categories; locations and inventory setup; sales quotes, orders, shipments and invoices; purchase quotes/orders, receipts and invoices; sales/purchase returns and credit memos; item charges; item journals and transfers; inventory availability and costing concepts; hands-on: complete Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash scenarios
Day 4 - Warehouse, Planning, Jobs/Projects & Advanced Processes
Location and warehouse configuration; bins; inventory picks and put-aways; warehouse receipts and shipments; reservations and item tracking; serial/lot numbers; planning concepts; requisition/planning worksheets; assemblies; introduction to manufacturing where applicable; Jobs/Projects setup, planning and posting; hands-on: execute an end-to-end warehouse/project scenario
Day 5 - Implementation, Reporting & End-to-End Case Study
Users, roles and permissions; approval workflows; document attachments and notifications; Excel/Outlook/Power BI integration overview; standard reports and analysis; configuration packages and data migration concepts; opening balances; testing strategy and UAT; troubleshooting posting errors; implementation best practices; end-to-end case study; assessment and Q&A
