In this edition, we will have an inspiring lecture by Carlos Martins, President of Roche Diagnostics Brazil, who will share insights on innovation in the healthcare sector and leadership experiences in large companies.

In 2024, the group achieved total sales of CHF 60.5 billion, with CHF 46.2 billion coming from the Pharmaceutical division and CHF 14.3 billion from Diagnostics. The company employs about 103,000 people worldwide and invested CHF 13.0 billion in Research and Development that same year. Roche currently holds the 2nd position worldwide among pharmaceutical companies by sales volume, combining global scale, strong investment in innovation, and operations in both medicines and diagnostics, making it an indispensable reference in any discussion about innovation in healthcare.
