LACS Porto (Boavista Office Center) in Porto

LACS Porto occupies the Boavista Office Center (BOC), on Rua Azevedo Coutinho, in Foco (Ramalde). The building was designed in the 1960s by architect Agostinho Ricca, along with João Serôdio and Magalhães Carneiro, and is a reference of modern architecture in Portugal.

It has 7,800 m² spread over eight floors, with artistic installations by Vhils on each floor, a terrace with a view of the city, and BREEAM Excellent sustainability certification.

There are private offices for teams, fixed and flexible coworking desks, meeting rooms, event spaces, and a registered address. The weekly plan provides access to all LACS locations: Anjos, Conde d’Óbidos, Santos, Cascais, and Porto.

In the building: gym with changing rooms, rooftop and terrace, LACS Café, pantry, art gallery, recording studio, phone booths, vending machines, and outdoor and covered parking with charging for electric cars.
