This could be the perfect challenge if you have:

- Completed secondary education or equivalent (preferred);

- 2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk environment;

- Experience in ITSM (mandatory) and Jira Service Management;

- Familiarity with ITIL principles and incident management tools;

- Fluent English (mandatory);

- Availability to work in rotating shifts (24x7).
